Focussed on sexual difficulties/challenges or wider questions around sexual experience, Psychosexual Therapy can offer support for the following areas:

-Loss of sexual desire/ challenges experienced with differences in sexual desire between partners;

-Infrequent sex;

-Difficulties with orgasm and absence of orgasm (Anorgasmia);

-Pain during sex (Dyspareunia);

-Ejaculation or Erection Challenges;

-Penetration difficulties; Vaginismus;

- Concerns surrounding porn use and compulsive sexual behaviours (Sexual addiction);

-Loss of body confidence in relation to intimacy;

-Anxiety/ Fear around sex and challenge expressing wants, needs and boundaries for a sexual experience;

-Issues relating to gender, sexuality or relational diversity.

Sessions can include a range of approaches including behavioural- CBT, sensate focus and psychoeducation.
